  • After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation.

  • You can view the contents of your purchase in your basket and change or delete the number of items in your order. Please remember that gopingo.co does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information in that section.

Shipping

  • The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

  • You will receive email updates on the status of your order. You can also access this information in the section "My Account". If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.

  • We try to reach all corners of the earth from gopingo.co. If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time of purchase.

Payment

  • We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

  • Your purchase will be charged when your order is sent out. Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

Exchanges and Returns

  • You have 10 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from gopingo.co. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Please, enclose a note of your order number so we’re able to identify your parcel once we receive it.

    Return your parcel to the following address via a carrier of your choice. We recommend the use of a tracked postal service for the right balance of cost and security.

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

  • Check our online shop and choose the designs you like the most. Choose the desired quantity - 10,20, 30, or more pieces. For orders above 800 units, you can also language of the card. Then send your inquiry to us via email or WhatsApp.
